In Greek mythology Callirrhoe or Callirhoe, meaning “Beautiful Flow,” was a naiad. She was the daughter of Oceanus and Tethys.She was mentioned as a companion of Persephone when the daughter of Demeter was abducted by the lord of the dead, Hades.
